AltBeing Seller Agreement

1. Overview

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement”) governs your participation as a seller ("Seller”) on the AltBeing marketplace ("Platform”). By listing or selling on AltBeing, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

2. Seller Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful listings
• Deliver products and services as described
• Maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, or qualifications
• Comply with all applicable laws (including tax, consumer protection, and licensing laws)
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with Buyers

3. Listings & Content

• You are solely responsible for your listings, including descriptions, pricing, and media
• Listings must not be misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• AltBeing reserves the right to remove or modify listings at its discretion

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Physical Products

• Ship within stated processing times
• Provide tracking information when applicable

Digital Products

• Ensure accurate and accessible delivery

Services & Events

• Deliver services as scheduled
• Provide clear instructions and expectations

5. Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed via third-party providers
• AltBeing deducts applicable:
  • Platform fees
  • Transaction fees
• Payouts are issued according to platform payout schedules

6. Taxes

• Sellers are responsible for:
  • Reporting income
  • Paying applicable taxes
• Where required, AltBeing may collect and remit taxes under marketplace facilitator laws

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Sellers must adhere to AltBeing’s standardized Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Sellers may offer more flexible terms but not more restrictive ones

8. Prohibited Seller Conduct

You may NOT:

• Circumvent platform payments or fees
• Misrepresent qualifications or services
• Sell illegal or prohibited items
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant AltBeing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for platform operation and promotion

10. Suspension & Termination

AltBeing may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate this Agreement
• Receive repeated complaints
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

11. Limitation of Liability

AltBeing is not liable for:

• Buyer disputes
• Service outcomes
• Losses resulting from Seller activity

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AltBeing against any claims arising from:

• Your products or services
• Your violation of laws or this Agreement

13. Updates to Agreement

AltBeing may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
